The urinal in the pic closes overnight, but there is one of those 'odd' ones shown from Manchester in the comment link above on Falconburg Court, just a few minutes away from where this one is, which is open all night for some reason!
I heard about these things being used in Bristol and possibly also Newcastle on TV prog a year or so ago. Never seen one until Joe posted pic on Manchester DP
Latest news I heard was that councils are now going to pay pubs and other places a sum of money to allow the public to use their facilities instead of providing public loos.
There are also some of the Manchester ones in use in London, but these are at least a little more stylish. And Gerald, I heard that as well, but can't see that it will work very well.
